When do I make payment?
Payment for local charters have to be made in cash
before the start of the service. Payment for trips to Malaysia
have to be made at least one week in advance.
What if I need to make changes/cancel my booking?

and there will be a charge for late cancellation.
Whom
do I contact on the charter date?
We
will provide information about our bus and driver’s contact
numbers 1 day before the charter date. You may call our
hotline for further assistance.
What if I need to extend
the booking hours during the service?
Please call our hotline at 8298 1472 during office hours.
Beyond office hours, our drivers will contact the operations
personnel to confirm extensions, and there will
be an additional pro-rated charge for any extension beyond
half an hour.
